Terms and Conditions


By using our Website, Facebook site and/or placing an order for goods, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions of Starsign Creations, as set out below:


1. All designs and stationery are copyright of Starsign Creations. All rights are reserved. Any unauthorised reproduction of Starsign Creations' designs or products is strictly prohibited.


2. All products are finished to a high standard, however, since all our products are handmade, there may be slight variations from product to product. This is not deemed a fault. Starsign Creations reserves the right to substitute a design element with a suitable alternative should an item used in a design become discontinued or unavailable. 


3. Colours shown in the images displayed on this website and electronic proofs may vary slightly from the colours of the final printed product. There may be a slight difference in colour between your invitations especially when printing at different times and using different machines/processes. This is because colours displayed on screen resolution and in print differ slightly,however we try to show all products and colours as accurately as possible.  Any variations in colour that may occur will not result in a refund, reprint or return.


4. Once you have decided to proceed to purchase, based upon the sample and quotation (to be confirmed by you (the buyer) in writing via email or whatsapp), a 50% non-refundable deposit of your total purchase price must be paid within 7 days of confirmation. Once printing has commenced on your order, the buyer is liable for the full cost if for any reason your event is cancelled. All samples are property of Starsign Creations and needs to be returned after viewing.


5. All text that you (the buyer) would like to feature on your invitations must be supplied to us (the seller)  Starsign Creations will not be held responsible for spelling errors or incorrect details given to us. Proofs are available to all clients and are a means of enabling you to check your chosen product design, wording and layout prior to the final prints. You, as our customer, are totally responsible for checking your personalised proof(s), which will be sent electronically, ensuring that the details and content are exactly as you want them to appear.


5.1. It is your responsibility to check that your order details are correct before payment of your deposit and your Invitations go to print. Once payment has been received and production has begun, refunds cannot be given, except in the unlikely event of an error on our (Starsign Creations') part


6. We reserve the right to use photographs and physical copies of your (the buyer's) invitations for our website, facebook page, blog, profiles and wedding show exhibitions at any time.


7. Prices do not include delivery/postage cost. Delivery/Postage is payable by you (the Buyer) depending on the weight and distance.


8. Your details are confidential and will not be passed on to any third party without your (the Buyer) permission.
